Second generation realtor who in record time, proved herself to be "Oceans Apart From The Rest." After receiving a BS degree in Finance, from the Univ. of South Florida, Jamie joined the corporate world for a few short years before electing to try her hand at the family real estate business. Moving to Atlanta in 1997, Jamie completed her real estate training in three weeks and within a month was licensed and working as a Buyers Specialist. With a map book of Atlanta in one hand, a lockbox key in the other, and a smile on her face, Jamie set out determined to become a successful top producing agent within the first year. And she did, earning herself a place as a member of the RE/MAX 100% Club and later as a member of the RE/MAX Platinum Club, then on to RE/MAX Chairman's Club, in addition to earning recognition as a Life Member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club. Jamie went on to earn the "e-pro 500" designation which is held by only 500 agents in the country proving herself to be a leading professional with regard to conducting all aspects of real estate over the internet. Jamie now leads a Team of Eight Professionals, including Six Licensed Agents, and has been recognized in 2004, 2005 and 2006 as a Communities Top 100 Team among all agents in 19 Counties that make up the Greater Atlanta area. When not at the office successfully leading her Team through record breaking sales, Jamie is enjoying her family and raising her daughter, Adyson.

Mark obtained his BS degree in Business from Georgia State University.  After working as a General Manager of two restaurants, Mark began his career in real estate on the commercial side with John Hunsinger in Atlanta.  He then worked with buyers as one of the top salespeople in the new homes industry with several Leading Homebuilders in the Atlanta area.  Mark works with the Epling-Mertz Team as a Lead Buyer's Agent while using his vast knowledge of the real estate market to assist Buyers in their purchase with a high regard for customer/client service and care.  Mark lives in Hoschton, GA with his wife Catherine, and his two children, Ava and Wilson.  When not working, he likes to spend time with his loving family.
